What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our care team, providing:

• Comprehensive primary care services, from diagnosis to treatment and health maintenance.
• Leadership and guidance to NPs and PAs, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Community outreach and health program participation to expand access to care.
• Timely and accurate documentation, ensuring seamless patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• MD or DO with a passion for patient-centered care.
• Current New York State medical license and DEA certificate.
• Board-certified or board-eligible (certification required within 18 months).
• Proficiency in electronic health records and a commitment to continuous learning.

Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 annually
