What is the role?

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in IT and technology recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing high-calibre candidates for your clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and collaborate with candidates to find optimal matches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the IT and technology industry.
• Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to better assist clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within IT and technology or related fields.
• Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Strong understanding of permanent recruitment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
• Commutable distance from central Crawley.
