They’re now looking for an early-career Recruitment Consultant ready to build on their foundations and accelerate their success.

The Opportunity

If you’ve got 6–18 months in recruitment, you already know the basics. Now it’s time to refine your skills, increase your billings, and work in a market where the earning potential is significantly higher.

You’ll be:

• Managing and growing relationships with US-based clients and candidates
• Taking ownership of roles and the recruitment process (with support where needed)
• Sourcing high-quality candidates using multiple channels
• Conducting interviews and managing the candidate journey
• Developing your market knowledge to become a specialist in freight & logistics
• Contributing to business development and spotting new opportunities

You’ll be supported by experienced consultants who will help you sharpen your approach, close more deals, and build confidence in a lucrative, fast-paced market.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–18 months’ experience in recruitment (any sector considered)
• A strong interest in developing within a specialist market
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• A driven, target-focused mindset
• Someone who wants more—more earnings, more progression, more ownership
• Exposure to the US market or logistics sector is a bonus, not essential

• Up to £28K basic salary (DOE)
• Uncapped commission – up to 30% with NO threshold (very high fees!)
