What is the role?
The company is now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialized in the sales sector to enhance existing client relationships and actively seek new business opportunities. This role will involve building a robust candidate portfolio to provide high-quality sales talent to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the sales landscape, excellent recruitment skills, and a passion for matching top talent with the right sales positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the sales sector, understanding their recruitment needs and business goals.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top sales candidates across various industries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate search to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide expert guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market developments in sales recruitment to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Mentor and lead junior recruitment consultants as the team grows, fostering a collaborative and high-performance recruitment environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on the sales sector.
- Proven track record of billings and success in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sales market dynamics and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute to Woking at least 3 times per week.
- Strong sales acumen.
