Senior Recruitment Consultant - Technology Recruitment (German Market)

Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (30% No Threshold)

Operating across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, Infrastructure and Technology, they have built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality permanent and contract recruitment solutions to some of Europe's most exciting technology businesses.

Following sustained growth over the last few years, the company has recently moved into larger offices in Canary Wharf and is now looking to expand its team with experienced Technology Recruitment Consultants who are looking to maximise their earnings whilst accelerating their career.

The Opportunity

You'll join an established team recruiting across one of Europe's busiest technology markets.

Whether your experience sits within Software Development, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, AI, DevOps or another Technology recruitment vertical, you'll have the autonomy to develop your own market whilst benefiting from an experienced leadership team and an exceptional commission structure.

The business recruits across both permanent and contract recruitment, allowing consultants to build a high-value desk with genuine earning potential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the full 360 recruitment process, including:

• Winning new business through business development and client acquisition
• Building long-term relationships with technology clients across Germany and Europe
• Managing existing client accounts and developing key partnerships
• Recruiting across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data and wider Technology markets
• Managing permanent and/or contract recruitment processes
• Writing job adverts and marketing vacancies
• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking
• Conducting candidate interviews and competency-based screening
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer management
• Negotiating offers and handling counteroffers
• Providing consultative market insight to both clients and candidates
• Maintaining an organised CRM and candidate database
• Building your personal brand within your chosen technology market

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience within 360 Recruitment
• Previous experience in Technology Recruitment, IT Recruitment, Software Recruitment, Cloud Recruitment or Data Recruitment
• Experience recruiting into the German or wider European market would be advantageous
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Proven billing history within agency recruitment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude
• Strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Commercially driven with a genuine passion for Technology recruitment
