Talent Chief is delighted to be working alongside a growing specialist recruitment business that's carved out an excellent reputation within its market.

They're not interested in KPI-heavy, churn-and-burn recruitment. Instead, they've built their business around long-term relationships, honest conversations and becoming genuine experts within their niche.

Thanks to continued growth, they're now looking for a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to join the team and play a key role in finding exceptional talent.

If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships and making a real impact behind the scenes, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

What do they want?

They're looking for somebody who's naturally curious about people.

Someone who enjoys picking up the phone, asking questions and getting to know candidates properly rather than simply matching CVs to job descriptions.

Previous recruitment experience would be ideal, particularly within candidate delivery or resourcing, but it certainly isn't essential.

You could equally come from a background in:

• B2B Sales
• Business Development
• Account Management
• Customer Success
• Any role where building relationships is key

More importantly, they're looking for someone with:

• Excellent communication skills
• Curiosity and resilience
• A genuine interest in helping people develop their careers
• Strong organisation
• The confidence to approach people who aren't actively looking for a new opportunity

If you can build trust, the rest can be taught.

What will you be doing?

You'll become the driving force behind candidate generation across the business.

Your day will involve:

• Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates
• Building relationships with professionals across the market
• Conducting detailed candidate interviews
• Managing talent pipelines
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants on live vacancies
• Re-engaging existing candidates within an established database
• Using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems and social media to identify talent
• Creating engaging content and helping build the company's brand within its market

This isn't a CV-slinging role.

You'll become somebody candidates genuinely know, trust and return to when the time is right.
