You'll continue running your own profitable 360 desk whilst coaching consultants, developing existing client relationships and winning new business across the sector.

• Leading and developing a specialist Engineering recruitment team
• Running your own 360 Renewable Energy recruitment desk

• Coaching and mentoring recruiters to maximise performance
• Helping shape the future direction of the division
