The opportunity

They're now looking for a Recruitment Consultant with at least 12 months' agency recruitment experience to join their growing team.

Whether you've already worked in Life Sciences, Technology or another specialist market, they're looking for someone with the drive to build relationships, win business and develop into a high-performing recruiter.

The role

You'll work as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing the recruitment process from start to finish while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business and growing existing client accounts.
• Taking detailed recruitment briefs.
• Writing engaging job adverts.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Managing interview processes and providing feedback.
• Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Growing your own specialist desk and maximising your earnings.

You'll have access to a market-leading CRM, excellent sourcing tools and a supportive management team that will help you continue developing your recruitment career.

What they're looking for

• At least 12 months' recruitment agency experience.
• An interest in Life Sciences or Technology recruitment.
• A motivated and ambitious attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking to clients and candidates.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to business development.
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
• Able to commute to the Camberley office.
