Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire an IT Recruitment Team Leader to lead a team of contract recruiters whilst continuing to run your own highly profitable 360 contract desk.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days buried in spreadsheets and internal meetings.

You'll be leading from the front:

• Building relationships.

• Developing recruiters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a team of Technology Recruitment Consultants
• Managing your own 360 IT Contract Recruitment desk
• Growing existing client relationships
• Winning new contract recruitment business
• Coaching and mentoring recruiters
• Driving team performance and revenue growth
• Building long-term client partnerships
• Working closely with senior leadership on future growth plans

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience within IT Recruitment or Technology Recruitment
• Strong contract recruitment background
• Previous team management, mentoring or leadership experience
• Track record of successful business development
• Experience running a full 360 recruitment desk
• Commercially driven mindset
• Ambition to build and grow a successful team
