The Opportunity

You’ll take full ownership of a thriving temp desk, working with schools and SEN settings to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.

This is a 360 role where you’ll:

• Grow existing client relationships AND win new business
• Place teachers, TAs, and support staff into rewarding roles
• Become a trusted partner to schools across the region
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates in a high-demand market

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong, lasting relationships with schools
• Winning new clients and expanding your desk
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing quality candidates
• Managing bookings, compliance, and candidate care
• Delivering exceptional service that keeps clients coming back
• Smashing targets and boosting your earnings 🚀

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in education recruitment
• A driven, ambitious mindset with a hunger to earn
• Confidence in building relationships and winning business
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
