We're partnering with a highly established recruitment business that has built an outstanding reputation across Engineering, Technology and Energy markets. Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Renewable Energy division in London.

This is an opportunity to inherit a warm market, work alongside some of the industry's most experienced recruiters and build long-term relationships across a sector that continues to attract significant investment and growth.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and growing your own desk within the Renewable Energy market, working with clients ranging from developers and consultancies through to major energy organisations.

The desk offers a mixture of existing relationships and opportunities for new business development, providing the perfect platform for an ambitious recruiter who wants to maximise their earnings and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Winning and developing new client relationships
• Building a network of renewable energy professionals
• Managing the recruitment process from brief to placement
• Developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
• Identifying new opportunities within growing renewable markets
• Working towards individual revenue and growth targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within agency recruitment
• Strong business development skills
• Experience running a 360 recruitment desk
• Confident building relationships with clients and candidates
• Ambitious, driven and commercially minded
• Passion for developing a specialist market

Previous experience within Renewable Energy, Engineering, Construction, Utilities or Technical recruitment would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in speaking with high-performing recruiters from other sectors.
