With continued growth and demand, they’re now looking to strengthen their team with a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer.

🚀 The Opportunity

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the recruitment process. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll specialise in the driving sector, playing a vital role in identifying, engaging and supporting candidates throughout their journey.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent, screening applications and building strong candidate pipelines, ensuring consultants have access to high-quality drivers when they need them most.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking channels
• Reviewing CVs and applications to identify suitable driving professionals
• Conducting initial phone interviews to assess experience, availability and suitability
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
• Working closely with recruitment consultants to fully understand client requirements
• Keeping records accurate and up to date within the applicant tracking system
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to placement

🧠 What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment or a call-centre environment (preferred)
• Exposure to the driving or logistics sector is beneficial, but not essential
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Able to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and social media for sourcing
• Proactive, organised and self-motivated
