They are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to drive their growth and expand their client portfolio.


Founded 8 years ago, the company is in a position to start adding to its numbers after taking on a couple of experienced heads in recent years. Their knowledge in the sector is unparalleled and they are the go-to supplier for the majority of their partners.


What are we looking for?

The company now feels that the time is right to bring on board a driven and knowledgeable Recruitment Consultant with a passion for professional services. There is an option to bring on someone with the same background as the team, or even start up a whole new sector within professional services. You will be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, mapping the market, developing long-term relationships within the industry, and increasing the agency’s market presence, alongside the usual delivery requirements for your clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and delivery within professional services recruitment.


What is the job?

As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be building a credible network of clients and candidates to really lay the foundations for long-term success. You will understand clients’ hiring needs, promote the agency’s services, and tailor solutions to attract top talent. You will work closely with the rest of the team to meet growth targets and strengthen the agency’s reputation in the industry.


You will also be expected to help out as and when with other consultants' projects, should the need become apparent. For this, you will be rewarded appropriately.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Insurance industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
  • Present recruitment solutions and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Understand client staffing requirements and advise on market trends and talent availability.
  • Deliver on the above with top-tier candidates within the industry.
  • Build a robust pipeline of clients and candidates through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with other consultants.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and relationships.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives to position the agency as a leading recruitment partner within Professional Services.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, within an agency specialising within Professional Services
  • Knowledge of the industry clients, roles, and talent market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic and entrepreneurial approach.
  • A strong network within the industry is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and targets simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.


What we offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £30,000 DOE
  • Commission between 15%-20%
  • 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Christmas Shutdown (Around 8 days extra holiday)
