What is the job?

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll join a team of high-performing consultants who are specialists within their core markets, supporting recruitment delivery across domestic and international client projects.

The successful applicant will have access to industry-leading tools and technology, enabling you to identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidate pipelines effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing and posting engaging job adverts based on client briefs
• Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple platforms
• Market mapping and talent pooling within specialist Life Sciences and Tech markets
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Preparing candidate shortlists and coordinating interview processes
• Providing candidate feedback and supporting offer management
• Assisting with onboarding and candidate aftercare
• Working closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver against client requirements

Your Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years recruitment experience, ideally within an agency
• Experience working in a Delivery Consultant or candidate-focused recruitment role
• Interest in Life Sciences or Tech markets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Team-oriented approach
• Comfortable using recruitment technology and CRM systems
• A commutable distance to Ferndown
