Talent Chief is excited to be partnering with a successful recruitment agency specialising in the freight and logistics sector, with a strong presence in the US market.

They’re growing fast and are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant — someone with drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn. No prior recruitment experience is required — just the right attitude.

What you’ll be doing

• Learning how to source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
• Speaking with candidates and conducting initial screenings
• Supporting consultants with live roles and client requirements
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Developing your knowledge of the freight & logistics sector
• Assisting with identifying new business opportunities

• Ability to work 10am–7pm (Mon–Thurs) with an early Friday finish
