Talent Chief is partnering with a Recruitment Specialist in Business Support across the UK. They are committed to meeting their clients’ needs by sourcing only the best candidates. They work with a diverse range of clients, from small firms to international corporations, all within the Business Support sector.


What are they looking for?

They are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant within either the Business Support or Professional Service sectors to join their team in Epsom for the next phase of their journey. This role is ideal for experienced agency recruiters who feel they’re undervalued or are seeking greater financial rewards for their success. What is the job?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a team of dedicated professionals who are experts in their core markets, working with both small and large companies, locally and across the UK. You’ll have access to top-tier technology tools to assist you in your daily activities, enabling you to connect with relevant candidates and clients effortlessly. You’ll work alongside like-minded individuals in a supportive environment. Access to an Admin and a Resourcer is also included, so you'll have support in the candidate search too.


Your responsibilities will include writing job adverts based on client briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, creating shortlists, arranging interviews, providing feedback, writing offers, and managing onboarding processes. You will also be responsible for sourcing clients, developing long-term relationships, and maximising your earning potential through business development.


Your Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in agency recruitment, ideally within Business Support or Commercial sectors
  • Proven billings record
  • Strong business development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Organisational ability
  • Team player attitude
  • Computer literate
  • Local to Epsom or able to commute easily
