They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative and high-performing environment.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining a strong network of white-collar construction professionals
• Developing both new and existing client relationships to grow your desk
• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening and candidate interviews
• Learning to fully understand client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Collaborating with experienced consultants to enhance candidate assessment and placement success
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and industry contacts
• Keeping up to date with market trends within construction to anticipate client needs

🧠 What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within Construction or Engineering
• A strong billing track record
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with recruitment systems is beneficial
• Able to commute to Reading
