Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Identify and connect with high-value prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel from initial interest to product adoption.

Lead Management: Handle inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), ensuring a smooth transition from initial inquiries to successful onboarding.

Technical Consultation: Act as the primary technical resource, explaining key capabilities such as API integrations, remote device management, hardware analytics, and autonomous system controls.

Sales Optimization: Leverage AI-driven tools to refine sales processes, improve customer targeting, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Product Integration: Clearly articulate how the company's technology fits into customer ecosystems, ensuring seamless implementation and compatibility.

Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Business Development, Product, and Customer Success, to refine lead strategies and support product development efforts.

Market Insights: Analyze customer behavior and provide strategic feedback to help shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or hardware-integrated solutions.
- At least 2 years in a technical role, with exposure to software and hardware architectures.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of integrated platforms, APIs, hardware solutions, and data analytics.
- Experience using generative AI tools to optimize sales processes or operational workflows.
- Proven ability to manage both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.
Preferred:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Background in remote device management, platform-as-a-service (PaaS), or hardware analytics.
- Familiarity with GPIO systems, autonomous controls, or embedded hardware technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to refine lead targeting strategies based on data insights.
