Position Overview:


We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading outpatient clinic, seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physical therapy examination and treatment within the ethical and legal boundaries of the State of Maryland. Additionally, there will be opportunities to take on management and supervisory duties, contributing to the growth and success of the practice.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide physical therapy examination and treatment.
  • Maintain a current Maryland license at all times.
  • Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the therapist guidelines/employee handbook.
  • Schedule a minimum of 12-15 treatment slots per full day.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including off-site physician visits, health fairs, community lectures, social media updates, and more.
  • Participate in updating and developing the clinic’s website and performing light management duties.
  • Give back to the community and support the practice’s staff and their families.


Compensation and Benefits:


  • Full-Time Compensation: Competitive annual salary with a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days of combined vacation and sick leave, with the ability to accumulate up to 2 years of PTO.
  • Holidays: Enjoy paid holidays, including New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Additional free days off may be granted for holidays falling on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
