What kind of profile are we looking for?

Professionals with experience designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that can be integrated into products, platforms, and business processes.

We are interested in candidates who can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while collaborating with engineering, product, data, and leadership teams.

Typical responsibilities

• Design, train, test, and optimize machine learning models.

• Develop artificial intelligence solutions for products and business processes.

• Deploy and maintain models in production environments.

• Build APIs and services to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.

• Work with structured and unstructured datasets.

• Participate in model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams.

• Document experiments, technical decisions, and implemented solutions.

Main requirements

• Five or more years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or related areas.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.

• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and software architecture.

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Advanced English proficiency for professional environments.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with generative artificial intelligence and large language models.

• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation.

• Experience leading technical projects.

• Participation in AI products implemented in real production environments.

• Experience working with international or distributed teams.
