What kind of profile are we looking for?

Professionals capable of integrating security practices throughout the software development lifecycle, protecting technology infrastructure, and helping organizations identify, prevent, and respond to security risks.

We are interested in candidates with strong technical knowledge, a preventive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with development, infrastructure, operations, risk, and compliance teams.

Typical responsibilities

• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.

• Identify vulnerabilities in applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.

• Implement and improve DevSecOps practices.

• Manage identities, access controls, roles, and permissions.

• Design controls to protect systems, applications, and data.

• Participate in risk assessments and incident response processes.

• Configure monitoring, detection, and prevention tools.

• Support security audits and compliance initiatives.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen secure development practices.

• Document security policies, procedures, controls, and technical findings.

Main requirements

• Four or more years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, cloud security, DevSecOps, or related areas.

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools.

• Knowledge of identity and access management, vulnerability management, and application security.

• Experience with SIEM, SAST, DAST, dependency analysis, or similar security tools.

• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and cloud architecture.

• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, AWS Security, Azure Security, or similar credentials.

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, or related frameworks.

• Experience in incident response and security investigations.

• Knowledge of threat modeling and secure coding practices.

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, telecommunications, or technology companies.
