Join a rapidly growing and dynamic automotive repair company with locations in Pinellas Park and Clearwater. We are looking for experienced automotive technicians (A and B Level) at both locations! Position Summary:

We are seeking a solid A/B Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in engine and transmission R&R, diagnostics, and smaller repair jobs. You will work closely with a team of dedicated technicians and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform engine and transmission repairs and replacements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
• Complete smaller automotive repair tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a productive work environment.
• Utilize Tekmetric system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (A/B level).
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work efficiently in a flat rate system.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Open-mindedness to change and growth within the company.
• Team player mentality; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• No specific certifications required, but ongoing personal development is encouraged.

Salary:

• Flat rate pay ranging from $27 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
• Expect minimum of 40 hours flagger per week; opportunities to flag up to 60 hours.
