Job Posting: B-Level Automotive Technician
Location: O’Fallon, IL
Pay: $25–$32/hour (plus monthly profit bonuses and holiday bonus potential)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
A locally owned, veteran-operated automotive shop in O’Fallon, IL, is looking for a talented and motivated B-Level Automotive Technician to join their exceptional team! What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in automotive service and repair.
- Skills: Strong R&R, engine and transmission repair/replacement, diagnostics, electrical work, and computer interface troubleshooting.
- Growth-Oriented: Someone eager to learn under the mentorship of a highly skilled A-Level Technician and advance their abilities.
- Character: Reliable, trustworthy, and team-focused, with a long-term mindset.
- Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required; ASE certifications preferred (we’ll pay for them!).
- Attitude: Commitment to doing right by customers and teammates, with no unnecessary upselling.
