What we need:

• Experience Automotive Service Advisor
• 4 years + experience
• Someone who knows enough about cars that they can explain services intelligently and in clear terms to customers
• Excellent phone skills required
• Excellent customer service skills required, customer service oriented
• Sales skill required but not a heavy emphasis on sales and upselling
• Highly organized, excellent communicator
• Technology savy; intereted in utilizing and optimizing technology tools available
• Wants to grow with the business
• Treat the shop like it is your own
• Independent experience required
