The Role

This is more than just turning wrenches – it’s about being the go-to expert who sets the bar for quality and teamwork. Whether you’re performing high-level diagnostics, mentoring budding techs, or knocking out repairs with precision, you’ll be an indispensable part of our shop.

What We’re Looking For

• ASE Master Technician (or equivalent skills) – Got the badges? Bring ‘em!
• Diagnostics Jedi with experience across all makes and models.
• Team player ready to collaborate, coach, and occasionally share a laugh.
• Someone who takes pride in their craft and clocks consistent 40+ flagged hours weekly.

What You’ll Do

• Crush diagnostics and repairs with cutting-edge tools (yes, Snap-On and Zeus are here).
• Guide and grow junior techs like a shop sensei.
• Deliver outstanding service, because happy customers = happy shop.
• Keep up with training – we’re serious about staying sharp.

Perks and Pay

• Pay: $35–$45/hour flat rate, with flexibility for the right wizard.
• Earning potential $100K+
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. No weekends!
