Automotive shop in Cincinnati, OH actively seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician to join our ambitious and fast-paced team! Known as “The Honest Choice” for automotive service, our shop emphasizes integrity, quality, and a strong team culture. We provide technicians with the tools, diagnostic support, and training needed to excel. As an A-Level Tech, you’ll play a critical role in performing a range of repairs and diagnostics, from brakes, suspensions, and tires to warranty work and light diagnostics.

Our ideal candidate is resourceful, eager to grow, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to turn 50+ hours a week. Dealership experience is welcome, and certifications are not required, though we support training and certification on weekends for ambitious technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repair tasks, including brakes, suspension, and tires
• Conduct light diagnostics and complete warranty work as needed
• Uphold shop values of honesty and quality with each job
• Be resourceful and adaptable, capable of handling high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an A-Level technician or equivalent experience
• Proficient in diagnostics and maintenance work
• Comfortable working in a high-production setting
• Positive attitude and strong cultural fit
• Driver’s license required; personal tools are required (diagnostic tools provided)
