$30 - $45/hour flat rate

Automotive shop in Boalsburg, PA searching for experienced Automotive Technicians! We’re a close-knit, independent shop where taking care of people—both team members and customers—is central to everything we do. We pride ourselves on creating a friends-and-family experience that prioritizes fixing cars right the first time. We are a one-stop service facility that caters to all makes and models and provides high-quality tools, A/C, heated floors, bright lights, and comfortable, well-equipped workspaces for our employees.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled, growth-minded technician eager to join a family atmosphere that values training and development. This role is ideal for a technician with American/Asian or American/Euro experience looking to learn and grow. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, enthusiastic about training, and eager to improve your skills with every job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality repairs and diagnostics on various makes and models, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in work, emphasizing fixing issues correctly the first time.
• Stay current on best practices and technical knowledge, with a commitment to ongoing training and professional growth.
• Contribute positively to our friendly, family-like team culture and support a collaborative environment.
• Proactively communicate any needs for assistance or tools to perform at your best.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience preferred, with a background in either American/Asian or American/Euro vehicles.
• Ability and desire to continuously learn and grow within the role.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality in both customer service and repair work.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $30-$45 per hour, flat rate, based on experience and skill level.
