Automotive shop in Rock Hill, MO seeking experienced & highly technical Automotive Shop Foreman to join this established and growing shop. Servicing all makes and models, we pride ourselves in quality service to the communities we live in. This shop invests in its employees by providing continuing education through NAPA Auto & will pay for additional certifications for their technicians. All ASE certified technicians will receive a raise with each completed test.  Seeking a long term employee that brings positivity, values, hard work and ethics to the team.   

Job Details

• Foreman, head tech and diagnostician
• Remain productive as an automotive tech
• Lead overall culture and feel of shop
• Identify shop wins and challenges
• Ensure employee engagement
• Provide feedback to management and employees
• Excellent customer service
• Valid Drivers License 
• Clean Background Check
