This shop has grown from a small side business to a full-service operation with 8 bays, 8 lifts, and a dedicated team of automotive professionals. The owner has built a shop that combines technical skill with a commitment to efficiency and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repair work
• Support in areas where bottlenecks exist, such as inspections or estimating, depending on skill set
• Manage time effectively and keep up with the workflow, maintaining a steady pace
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts managers, and other staff to ensure smooth shop operations
• Support team members and demonstrate an adaptable, can-do attitude

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed, from diagnostics to inspections and estimating
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
