$70k to $120k annual salary + opportunity for bonus based on shop success!

Automotive shop in Saint Clair Shores, MI searching for high quality Automotive Shop Manager. Along with providing consistently high-quality work, our technicians and staff always treat clients like family and their vehicles like our own. This automotive shop is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Shop Manager with a great attitude who takes pride in their work. We are looking for candidates that can provide a fantastic customer experience AND beat company standards and performance! We have a wonderful team of technicians, service advisors and support staff. Our business is a recognized leader and has been in this location for 22 years and we provide tons of opportunity for growth.


What we need:

  • Highly organized, excellent communicator.
  • Deliver numbers and results while working harmoniously with both internal customers and external customers.
  • Focused on achieving excellence with customer service while meeting and exceeding financial goals.
  • Must have at least 10 years of relatable experience managing a high volume shop or multiple independent shops or a National Chain

Job Responsibilities to include:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet those goals
  • Lead meetings to ensure staff stays informed
  • Manage store budgets
  • Oversee stock levels and order new items when required
  • Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Handle staff conflicts, complaints, and problems
  • Prepare various promotional materials and in-store displays
  • Ensure compliance with various health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the ownership to ensure store location lives up to standards
