Award winning automotive shop in Allentown, PA is searching for experienced Automotive Technicians (Level A or B). Our shop is built on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer relationships. We prioritize a supportive, family-oriented environment where team members feel valued both inside and outside of work. We are a specialized European automotive shopproviding dealership-level service for Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, and Mini. We also service EVs and hybrid vehicles and maintain a healthy mix of Asian and domestic vehicles.

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with a passion for European vehicles and a willingness to expand into servicing Asian/Domestic cars OR an experienced Asian/Domestic technician who wants to expand their skills in Euro. The right candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in their work, thriving in a collaborative, tight-knit team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Asian, Domestic, and European vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Mini).
• Perform preventative maintenance and vehicle diagnostics using state-of-the-art equipment
• Conduct digital vehicle inspections (DVI) on every car using Shop-ware.
• Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service.
• Engage in continuous learning and training, including in-house and external opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.*
• Strong diagnostic skills, especially in Euro cars.
• Honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude are crucial.
• Clean driver’s license.
• Safety and emissions certifications are important.
• Willingness to work on professional development

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base hourly rate of $25 to $35/hour; opportunity to earn up to $60/hour based on production.
• 4-day work week! Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
