• 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and vehicle systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and pride in workmanship.
• Safety-first mindset with proper equipment handling.
• State Inspection License (preferred but not required).
• A valid MA driver’s license.
