AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - Master or B LEVEL

3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

MONDAY - FRIDAY

$18-$40/hour + bonuses, based on experience

This family owned clean, and well-maintained shop in Albert Lea, MN values the commitment of an employee to perform for themselves and the group as a whole. Master Level Technician Qualifications:

• Master level diagnostic tech
• 5+ years of experience required
• Experience with light duty diesel Preferred
• Willing to be flexible with work; sometimes heavy diagnostics and sometimes heavier repair
• Understanding that inspections and oil change may happen although not the norm
• Must have a Can Do attitude
• Must enjoy being around other technicians
• ASE Master Certified
• Well-rounded experience with makes and models
• Valid Driver's License+

B Level Technician Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Experience required
• ASE Certifications Preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience with all makes / models
• Ability to grow and develop
• Ability to accept coaching / feedback
