Automotive Shop in Ellicot City, MD searching for experienced Automotive Technicians (C Level) to join their team. This shop is a part of a 10 shop group that has been serving the Greater Baltimore/Washington area since 1999. Family-owned and operated, our team brings decades of automotive repair expertise, state-of-the-art equipment, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. Facilities are climate-controlled, equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, and employ highly skilled technicians dedicated to professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist A and B-level technicians with vehicle repairs and diagnostic tasks
• Conduct routine maintenance services and basic diagnostics
• Contribute to a team-oriented, positive work environment
• Work toward ASE certification, with support for training and professional development
• Participate in quarterly performance reviews to evaluate progress and advancement potential

Qualifications:

• Experience or training as an entry-level (C-level) automotive technician
• Eager to learn and develop automotive repair skills through hands-on experience and training
• Strong team player committed to maintaining a collaborative workplace
