Job Details and What we Need:

• 3+ years of automotive shop manager experience
• Run day to day operations of shop
• Be a key member of the 8 shop management team
• Complete financial accountability for the store
• Lead and champion culture within the store - extremely important!
• Need to be able to lead and motivate
• High performing manager
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to train staff
• Customer Service focused
• Have a passion for the business
