4+ Years Experience Required!

Monday through Friday!

$40k base + commission. Earn $75 - $100 per year!

Top Automotive Shop in Stevens Point, WI is growing and looking to add an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to the team. This shop is a growing, fast paced and forward-thinking auto repair shop - looking for top notch employees to change the auto repair world one car at a time, one customer at a time!!

If you are motivated, positive, and organized with a keen eye for detail and have a passion for producing happy customers, then this is the position for you!

What we want in a candidate:

• 4+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Must possess outstanding communication and sales skills with a dedication for providing superior customer service.
• Must possess ability to calmly and swiftly manage challenges
• Ability to effectively mange many vendor and manufacturer relationships
• Manage a team of technicians to foster continuous improvement and development
• Organization and ability to multi-task is important
• Sales & customer service experience required
