Monday through Friday work week!

$20-$25/hour + commission. Opportunity to earn $80k to $120k with commissions!

Automotive Shop in Randolph, MA seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Service Manager to join their successful shop! This shop is a clean, well-organized shop with stable and interesting work, great pay, 5-day work weeks (no weekends!) and a family-owned and operated environment where your contribution to the team is truly valued!

What we want:

• Great customer service and leadership skills
• Previous dealership experience a plus!
• Previous technician experience a plus!
• Manage customer interactions in the shop
• Manage parts ordering and returns
• Manage inventory
• Help solve customer problems
• Proactively reach out to customers
