What we need:

• 5+ years Service Advisor experience
• 2+ Years Service Manager experience ideal
• Highly organized, excellent communicator
• Technology savy; intereted in utilizing and optimizing technology tools available
• Deliver numbers and results while working harmoniously with both internal customers and external customers.
• Focused on achieving excellence with customer service while meeting and exceeding financial goals.
• Must provide great customer service
• Sales experience required
• Provide steady shop flow
• Must have strong training and coaching skills
• Great communicator
• Proven track record of success
• Must enjoy the industry
• Passion to help the team succeed
• Ongoing sales and leadership training
• Understand KPIs
• Be coachable
