Automotive shop in Philadelphia, PA searching for an experience Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. Join a dynamic and growing automotive and fleet service company with a strong commitment to serving clients with excellence. We need a Service Advisor who will be instrumental in managing contracts with a keen eye on compliance, audit-readiness, and superior client service. We are looking for someone with the drive to step into a management role over time.


Position Overview:

This is more than a Service Advisor role; it's an opportunity to grow into a pivotal management position. Working closely with the company owner, this role will have direct mentorship to prepare you for leadership within our organization. Our goal is to develop you into a manager who will oversee service delivery and client satisfaction with an efficient and proactive approach.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile fleet clients, ensuring exceptional service and meeting all contractual requirements.
  • Ensure all auditable materials and compliance documentation are meticulously maintained and regularly submitted to the owner for review.
  • Implement a “management-first” approach: actively anticipate client needs, organize service tasks, and oversee the entire team’s daily and weekly responsibilities.
  • Provide clear, detailed direction and expectations to your team, ensuring accountability and timely task completion.
  • Contribute to team development, coaching staff on best practices in service, communication, and efficiency.
  • Sell services with integrity, focusing on building lasting client relationships rather than short-term gains.
  • Monitor contract metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in processes, client communication, and audit compliance.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a Service Advisor role, ideally in a fleet or high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver with a management-first attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and delegate, maintaining accountability among team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a track record of effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
