Automotive shop in Nashville, TN searching for European and Asian Automotive Technicians (A Level) to join their team!! Join our high-volume shop that has been a trusted name in the industry for over 30 years, specializing in European and Asian vehicles, with experience in domestic models as well. Our clean, well-equipped facility features 8 bays and a dedicated team committed to quality service. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team as we continue to serve our loyal customer base.

Position: Automotive Technician (A Tech)

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on a variety of vehicles, with a focus on Euro and Asian models.
• Collaborate with the shop foreman and other technicians to solve complex vehicle issues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the shop.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians and support team development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of automotive repair experience (experience with Euro/Imports is a plus but not required).
• Ability and willingness to work on any make/model of vehicle.
• Relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage of $40-$50, with the potential for bonuses based on hours worked:
• Expected to flag a minimum of 50 hours per week, with top technicians averaging 80 hours/week.
