**Job Description:**

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analysis Associate Director to join this talented SCM team. We are seeking candidates who come from the professional service industry (ie, Consulting).  The Analysis Associate Director will play a pivotal role in helping the client organization make data-driven decisions, analyze key performance metrics, and contribute to the overall success of the company. **Key Responsibilities:**

 

1. **Data Analysis:** Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making.

 

2. **Report Generation:** Create and maintain detailed reports, charts, and dashboards that communicate key findings and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

 

3. **Research and Trend Analysis:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.

 

4. **Quality Control:** Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing quality control measures and validating data sources.

 

5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, address inquiries, and support their analytical requirements.

 

6. **Data Visualization:** Develop visual representations of data using tools like Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization software to make complex information easily understandable.

 

7. **Problem Solving:** Identify and investigate anomalies or issues in data, and propose solutions to improve processes and data accuracy.

 

8. **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on best practices in data analysis and actively seek opportunities to enhance data analysis techniques.

 

9. **Ad Hoc Analysis:** Perform ad hoc analysis as required by management to support various projects and initiatives.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Business, or Data Science).

- At least 3 years in consulting

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience in data analysis or a related field is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
