🚨 Senior Sales Manager (US) – Medical Technology

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand sales initiatives across the United States within the rapidly growing healthcare technology space.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a consultative sales professional who excels in complex B2B environments and is passionate about partnering with healthcare organizations to enhance clinical workflows through innovative software solutions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, health systems, and clinical organizations
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations (both virtual and on-site) tailored to client needs
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align go-to-market strategies
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting

✅ Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within medical technology, healthcare IT, or SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed
