You can live anywhere in the USA. Travel is 80% weekly. To qualify for this role you must have deep Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience as well as 10+ years of consulting, and client-facing, experience from a well-known consulting firm. (Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, IBM, McKinsey, Infosys, etc.) You will NOT be considered without proven consulting experience from a known consulting firm.

The Analysis Director plays a pivotal role in collaborating with Industry Leaders and Engagement Project Directors to effectively lead and manage the analysis process from inception to completion. Throughout the analysis phase, the Analysis Director cultivates day-to-day relationships with top clients, ensuring optimal engagement and facilitating decision-making within the defined timeline. The position involves exposure to various industries, and all practice areas, capabilities, and multiple functions of the client's business.


Responsibilities:

  • Client-facing day-to-day.
  • Manage executive relationships with top clients to optimize engagement and align with the client’s decision-making process within the defined analysis timeline.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and oversee top client relationships throughout the analysis.
  • Establish frequent communication with key decision-makers to secure acceptance, buy-in, and approval to proceed.
  • Understand and manage the decision-making process, engaging critical decision influencers.
  • Lead impactful Interim Review, Decision Briefing, and Final meetings.
  • Collaborate with Managing/Engagement Directors in commercial negotiations to secure approval.
  • Guide the Analysis team in executing the analysis framework, building a compelling business case for subsequent engagement.
  • Collaborate with Practice leadership to set the direction for the analysis study plan.
  • Oversee the development of the business case, ensuring data analysis supports key findings.
  • Administer the development of the engagement plan with appropriate Engagement Directors.
  • Resolve internal and external barriers/issues.
  • Ensure high-quality presentations that effectively visualize data and communicate key messages.
  • Support the sales/business development process with pre-analysis assessments.
  • Develop the analysis budget and communicate skill/capability requirements for the Analysis team.
  • Train and coach Analysis Associate(s) on team management, client engagement, and effective use of tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of consultative sales, project management, or analytical experience.

    Proven ability to build relationships with C-level customers and consulting industry partners.

  • Familiarity with multiple industries (e.g., PE, Chemicals, F&B, IMS, O&G) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in selling and managing analysis in the consulting industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement in consulting industry expertise.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
