Preferred Experience
- 10+ years in financial leadership roles, with significant exposure to construction or project-based industries.
- Strong track record in construction accounting: percentage-of-completion, WIP reporting, job costing, and cash flow management.
- Demonstrated success working with bonding agents, lenders, and outside auditors/CPA firms.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems (Acumatica, Procore, Build Ops, or similar).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard creation for executive decision-making.
- Background in M&A evaluation, capital planning, or geographic/market expansion strategies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present financials to senior leadership, boards, and external stakeholders
