JOB DESCRIPTION: DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE


Reports to:                     President          


Position Mission:         Build out an industry leading Human Resources platform that is committed to establishing, serving, and equipping C/Sharpe employees.

 

Results/Measurables :

1)     Implement a strategy for personal growth including:

a.     Spiritual Development

b.     Health and Wellness

2)     Implement a strategy for professional development including:

a.     Leadership training

b.     Technical training

3)     Industry leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) technology.  

4)     Provide strategic direction and measurable improvement in our recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience.

5)     Score> 90% on Internal Surveys relating to People, Vision, and Employee Engagement.
