Position Mission: To see the project to successful completion as either a working team leader or a working assistant to the Superintendent depending on the project assignment.

Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Safety -
a. be a competent person on the job site
b. follow C-Sharpe General Safety Policy
c. follow job specific safety plan in collaboration with Safety Director
d. attend weekly safety meetings with project crew to discuss the weekly safety topic provided by the Safety Director
2. Lead the project crew –
a. follow and enforce all policies set forth in the C-Sharpe Employee Handbook with project crew
b. communicate with the project crew on daily work
c. train project crew on materials and methods used
d. prompt discipline to project crew members when necessary & report to Superintendent
3. Project execution –
a. communicate with Superintendent or PM regarding any changes from the job plan regarding safety, project scope, material types/manufacturers, schedule, manpower needs, and materials
b. monitor production and make necessary changes to meet the job plan
c. review quality of work and prompt correction of quality issues, ensuring that the same issues do not happen again on the project
d. perform initial clean up and review with Superintendent or PM to generate final punch items or any corrective work to be performed before the crew moves beyond a particular scope or area of the building
e. apply and install all materials per the manufacturer’s technical data sheets
f. correspond as necessary with the Superintendent or PM regarding daily activities
g. confirm upcoming week plans with Superintendent or PM and generate daily reports in an accurate and timely manner
h. monitor weather daily and schedule work activities accordingly
i. accurately report crew hours
j. maintain excellent jobsite appearance
k. submit NOD to Superintendent or PM
l. make list of necessary material, equipment, and tools needed to perform the work and obtain with help of Superintendent or PM
m. maintain all tools and equipment in working order per the manufacturer’s recommendations and inform the Superintendent or PM of any significant equipment or tool malfunctions/damage
