Reports to:                      Service Maintenance Project Manager

 

Position Mission:            To build C-Sharpe’s position in the market by delivering exceptional project results. And to build C-Sharpe’s team by focusing on safety, training, and recruitment.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  Safety - 

a.     follow C-Sharpe General Safety Policy

b.     work with the Safety Director to determine best safety practices for service projects

c.     ensure all team members have appropriate PPE

d.     hold weekly safety meetings with project crew to discuss the weekly safety topic provided by the Safety Director

 

Lead the project crew –

a.     follow and enforce all policies set forth in the C-Sharpe Employee Handbook with project crew

b.     communicate with Team Leaders on scheduling and execution expectations

c.     identify team leaders and provide support for growth

d.     train project crew on materials and methods used

e.     prompt discipline to project crew members when necessary


 Project execution –

a.     communicate with Service Maintenance Project Manager regarding any changes from the job plan regarding safety, project scope, material types/manufacturers, schedule, manpower needs, materials and owner relations

b.     drive production and make necessary changes to meet the job plan

c.     perform daily quality control checks and prompt correction of quality issues, ensuring that the same issues do not happen again on projects

d.     generate punch lists for any corrective work to be performed before the crew moves on to the next project

e.     apply and install all materials per the manufacturer’s technical data sheets

f.      correspond as necessary with the owner’s representative regarding daily activities

g.     correspond as necessary with the owner’s representative on scheduling

h.     complete upcoming week plans in an accurate and timely manner

i.      monitor weather daily and schedule work activities accordingly

j.      report crew hours

k.     maintain excellent jobsite appearance

l.      procure and be responsible for necessary material, equipment, and tools needed to perform the work (loss prevention)

m.   maintain all tools and equipment in working order per the manufacturer’s recommendations and inform the Service Maintenance Project Manager of any significant equipment or tool malfunctions/damage and or purchases
