JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER


Reports to:                       Operations Manager                      

 

Position Mission:            Execute projects in line with company mission and core values while developing team.

Job Responsibilities Include:

1.      Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable (LMA)

2.      Build excellent relationships with clients, subs, vendors, and CSC team members

3.      Execute projects focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and profitability

4.      Develop project team members for future growth (includes recruiting, hiring, and leading Superintendents, Interns, APM’s, PM’s)

5.      Manage assigned projects directly (refer to PM job description for detailed PM job duties)
