Mission for This Role:

Lead field operations by ensuring daily safety compliance, accurate scheduling, high-quality installation, and successful project execution while modeling C/Sharpe’s RESTORE values and supporting strong field team performance.


Outcomes (Success Measured By)

Site Logistics

  • Maintain clean, organized, and production-ready jobsites that support safe and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve logistical issues before they impact safety, quality, or schedule.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Procore, SafetyPlusWeb, scheduling tools, and field management systems to support daily operations.

Near Term Schedule

  • Maintain 98%+ accuracy on the rolling 2-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Complete planned work activities on or ahead of schedule while minimizing delays within Superintendent control.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support scheduled production goals.
  • Communicate schedule risks, delays, and recovery plans to the Project Manager within 24 hours of identification.

Means & Methods QA/QC

  • Achieve a 98%+ First-Time Pass Rate (FTPR) on internal and external inspections.
  • Ensure all work is installed in accordance with contract documents, manufacturer specifications, project drawings, and C/Sharpe standards.
  • Minimize punch list items and rework by conducting routine quality inspections and correcting deficiencies before inspections occur.
  • Coach Foremen and crews to consistently execute approved means and methods while improving installation quality.

Site Safety Compliance

  • Achieve 100% daily compliance with all C/Sharpe safety policies, project-specific safety plans, JHAs, PPE requirements, fall protection standards, and equipment inspections.
  • Maintain zero OSHA recordable incidents and zero repeat safety violations on assigned projects.
  • Ensure all required safety meetings, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture by identifying hazards, correcting unsafe conditions immediately, and holding crews and subcontractors accountable for safe work practices.

Project Documentation

  • Achieve 100% on-time completion of daily reports, manpower logs, site photos, and project activity records by the end of each workday.
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including RFIs, field directives, as-builts, inspections, and change-related documentation.
  • Ensure all project records are complete, organized, and submitted in accordance with C/Sharpe standards and project requirements.
  • Utilize Procore consistently to provide timely, accurate project communication and documentation for field and office teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

Education:

No specific degree required; construction-related training preferred.

Industry Experience:

  • 5 years in commercial construction required.
  • 3-4 years in a Superintendent or Foreman leadership role required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in reading construction drawings, scopes, and specifications.
  • Experience coordinating trades, manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Proficient in safety practices, daily logs, and schedule management.


Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience in window/door installation, waterproofing, structural repair, concrete repairroofing, or coatings.
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Additional certifications in relevant trades (Procore Certification, OSHA 30 etc.).
  • Experience supervising multi-trade teams.
