JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER


Reports to:                      Operations Manager                    

 

Position Mission:            Pursue and manage projects while hiring and developing team members

 

Results/Measurables:

1)    Projects won (hit ratio, new opportunities, volume)

2)    Project execution (safety, quality, schedule, profitability)

3)    Growth of team (hiring and developing team members)

5)    Client satisfaction

Job Responsibilities Include:

1.     Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable (LMA)

2.     Pursue new projects

3.     Build excellent relationships with clients, subs, vendors, and CSC team members

4.     Execute projects focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and profitability

5.     Develop project team members for future growth (includes recruiting, hiring, and leading Superintendents, Interns, APM’s, PM’s)

6.     Manage assigned projects directly (refer to PM job description for detailed PM job duties)
